The trucking business is notorious for its high degree of complexity and, more importantly, its dynamism. Because of this, I have a strong desire to help by offering services that are adaptable to real drivers' needs, rather than coming up with excuses to empty their wallets.

As the Colorado Dispatch Group leader, I aim to broaden the range of employment choices available to women and simplify and improve drivers' working conditions.
